THE ROSS MITCHELL BAND
 IN SAINT-PETERSBURG - RUSSIA
 MAY 19th to 22nd 2006
 


In January 2006 at the United Kingdom Open Championships held annually  in
Bournemouth UK,  Alex Povashny approached Ross Mitchell and asked if the
Band would play for the Saint-Petersburg Open 2006 - Ross said 'yes' and the
band arrived in Russia on Friday 19th May.  There was a beautiful stage setting
and all the required equipment in the way of musical instruments and PA had
been duly put in place.

The band played on the Saturday night and again on the Sunday night and flew
back to London on the Monday.  Below are a few pictures taken during our great
time in Saint-Petersburg where we were made very welcome by Alex and his team.
